Laundry as a concierge
The way we currently do laundry sucks!
This project aimed to reimagine laundry as a personalized, resonant system based on consumer needs. Our team explored how next-gen laundry tech could enhance usability and deepen user connections with fabric care.
Users struggle to integrate laundry into their routines efficiently, leading to laundry pileups, stress, and time mismanagement.
The current laundry process demands too much manual effort and attention, leaving little room for multitasking or autonomy
