A North Star for the Future of UBS
In collaboration with UBS, I helped design a forward-looking ‘North Star’ vision for UBS.com — an adaptive, AI-powered digital ecosystem tailored to Gen Z and future clients.
Through trend research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing with 50+ participants, we reimagined the banking experience to be more intuitive, accessible, and trust-driven, raising usability scores from 72 to 85.
